Because our standards are so high, returns don’t happen often — but when they do, you can rely on a straightforward process. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders.
Here’s how it works:
- Unopened items are eligible for a full refund.
- Partially used items (with at least half of the contents left, excluding powders) may qualify for a 50% refund.
Important details:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products back to us.
